Icymi, Watson is officially OUT, Doubs is questionable.
Jones is about to remind the league he’s a top 5 back.
Matt LaFleur on preparing for Bears without Christian Watson: "We had a whole week to prepare for this. So I wouldn't say that alters the plan too drastically. Anytime you're missing one of your better players, that throws a curveball a little bit. But it happens all the time."

Euuuuuugggh 😬
Honestly an answer that makes me feel better lol
You said it. People forget Aaron Jones exists. I think he steps up big time Sunday.
Is this going to be a long term issue?
It’s time for Don Wicks. 🔫✏️
Good answer
Interesting that Lafleur showed his hand to the bears this early. Why not just let them keep planning on trying to defend Watson?
Anyways, I have faith in Heath, Reed, Doubs, and Wicks playing well. The one downfall is we don’t have a speed guy to stretch the defense. Just another reason is weird to give the bears time to plan a counter attack.
How many career catches combined do our WRs have, who are playing. Like 40?
FUCK
Mostly because he’s my WR2 on fantasy
Maybe this will somehow take the place of him dropping the first [regular season] big bomb thrown to him under the bright lights this year … and I really like Watson 😔
Watson is still a young developing receiver. Losing him sucks but we have a ton of other young developing receivers who are still available to play lol.
I love Watson, but let’s not pretend that the whole offensive game plan revolved around him haha.
Malik Heath Season!!!!!
Jones and Dillon
Man I feel bad for Watson. Year 2, and he is coming off some pretty incredible, some say historic stats he set in year 1; he is so close to becoming a household name. With all that hard work he undoubtedly put in this offseason, and with his potential that I truly feel is Randy Moss-like, I am really hoping this isn’t something that will nag him the rest of the season or longer. As a fan I’m pissed I don’t get to see him and see our team at full speed week 1, but this kid deserves better than this shit luck.
We have an amazing run game, a mobile quarterback, a great 2nd round rookie receiver and a great tight end, an outstanding defensive that can score, and one of the most dangerous return men in the league. We will be fine.
