Icymi, Watson is officially OUT, Doubs is questionable.

Jones is about to remind the league he’s a top 5 back.

  1. Interesting that Lafleur showed his hand to the bears this early. Why not just let them keep planning on trying to defend Watson?

Anyways, I have faith in Heath, Reed, Doubs, and Wicks playing well. The one downfall is we don’t have a speed guy to stretch the defense. Just another reason is weird to give the bears time to plan a counter attack.

  2. Maybe this will somehow take the place of him dropping the first [regular season] big bomb thrown to him under the bright lights this year … and I really like Watson 😔

  3. Watson is still a young developing receiver. Losing him sucks but we have a ton of other young developing receivers who are still available to play lol.

I love Watson, but let’s not pretend that the whole offensive game plan revolved around him haha.

  4. Man I feel bad for Watson. Year 2, and he is coming off some pretty incredible, some say historic stats he set in year 1; he is so close to becoming a household name. With all that hard work he undoubtedly put in this offseason, and with his potential that I truly feel is Randy Moss-like, I am really hoping this isn’t something that will nag him the rest of the season or longer. As a fan I’m pissed I don’t get to see him and see our team at full speed week 1, but this kid deserves better than this shit luck.

  5. We have an amazing run game, a mobile quarterback, a great 2nd round rookie receiver and a great tight end, an outstanding defensive that can score, and one of the most dangerous return men in the league. We will be fine.
