As a Lions fan in Houston, Sunday Ticket is always a must.

However, DirecTV has been my worst enemy for years. I was so happy to see them lose Ticket.

I will say it’s been amazing so far on YouTube TV. Works flawless. The multiview is amazing. Can just move the cursor from game to game and it changes what screen the sound comes from.

Highly recommend!

  1. I also just bought it for the first time since I’m out of town. This multi view thing is pretty epic

  2. I don’t understand why I can’t watch Vikings and Jags at the same time. But definitely an improvement on the DirecTV trash. I had it for 8 years and they never once updated that app

  3. are (or were you) you already a YouTube TV subscriber? That is the biggest pill for me to swallow so far. They bumped up the YouTube TV price quite a bit this year.

It’s tempting to dive in anyway, though.

  4. I got it today, dropped spectrum because of the whole disney thing. 10/10 is right. The base is cheaper than spectrum plus you can add ticket. No brainer. No wonder it took 1.5 hours for them to get me connected to a rep to cancel.

  5. I like it better than DirectTV’s version already. Last year at this time, Sunday Ticket went down unexpectedly for over an hour.

  6. is there a way to buy Sunday ticket only? I have a kodi stream right now and actually it’s really good. I’d pay a little extra though for 1080p 60 FPS quality that I don’t have to think about

  7. Not even a hiccup on my dual streams. This is the first big “release” I can remember actually working perfectly. Be it streaming or video games.

  8. Considering signing up for Sunday ticket as it sounds amazing. Question on it, can you watch local channels when lions are on at same time as other games in the Sunday ticket? Not sure how all that works. I’m in Flint area so believe it lions would be blacked out on package right?

  9. I’d say it’s more 7/10, maybe less. The inability to customize your mix of games is almost a dealbreaker. Besides being able to watch the Eagles, I got it to track my fantasy players.

  10. 95% agree! The only thing I would change about it is I wish I could choose which games were part of the split.

I wanted panthers/falcons and vikings/buccaneers and that combo wasn’t available in any of them.

  11. I have YouTubeTV as of last weekend, and while I didn’t get the ticket I got the same four screen treatment for the college games and it spectacular on a 75″ tv

  12. It’s amazing really! Only negative is you can’t select the exact three games you want to go along with Redzone.

  13. Unless you want to watch a prime-time game. I had to get peacock for the lions vs. chiefs; NFL + for today’s games, but that only works on a phone or tablet. Not im continuously using the free hour preview you get with Fox Sports. The streaming wars are a cancer

  14. My only complaint is they should have done whatever they needed to keep Andrew Saciliano and his crew on Red Zone.

  15. I was able to add two of my friends to my “family sharing” and the three of us can all use it simultaneously and are splitting the cost.

    Absolutely been awesome all day.
