1. Incredibly difficult to win a game with an own goal and 4 and 33 being so fucking awful.

30. I’m of the belief Kap has a chronic, untreatable hip issue that was either unknown until or exacerbated by the Stanley mashing last year.

    Those cross-checks were right to the top of the hip, around that enormous extra padding that I doubt is there for frivolous reasons.

    I want us out for blood tomorrow. Not fights, face washes, headlocks, or scrums. I want meaningful punishment.

32. I know emotions are high, but the best way to get back at the Jets is to just start fast and get the crowd into it. The Wild seem to never get the benefit of the doubt with refs, and retaliation didn’t work in the playoffs against the Stars. Obviously, stand tall and answer the bell if more Jets schenanigans occur. There are other games against Winnipeg this year and the 2 points is more important than anything else. Hellebuyck will likely be sitting, phew.

    I’m hoping Kaprizov just has some bruised ribs and won’t be out more than a few games. I’m nervous about Gus Bus because we didn’t see his injury in the moment. Get to W 7th early and be loud and hell if you’re going to the X.
