Is the WHL season over? What are the odds we get to see him for a couple games in Minnesota before our season ends?
AHL next year?
Heidt has 34 goals, 80 assists, and 114 points in 65 games this year. He will reportedly be given a chance in camp to earn a look in the NHL. He can play up to 9 games next year before they would have to decide between keeping him in the NHL and burning a year of his contract or returning him to Prince George in the WHL to let his contract slide. He is not allowed to play in Iowa due to the CHL/NHL transfer agreement.
is this the kid we drafted in the 2nd round last year? Brackett has been good ya!
Hopefully PG Cougars win WHL bc Hunter Haight’s Saginaw Spirit are hosting & itd make Memorial Cup tournament more fun having both in it.
