  2. It’ll never not amuse me how many fans will judge an individual by how good their team does at a team sport… because it’s just so damn stupid.

    If he is consistently performing like a top 5 guard then, win or lose, he IS a top 5 guard.

  12. Kyrie is not better than Gary Payton. Gary Payton was the leader of a team that went to the finals and took Jordan 6 games. In doing so, he eliminated the reigning champions, Houston Rockets that was led by Clyde and Hakeem.

Part of the problem is are we rating them based on how great they are in comparison to what we want a PG to do now or are we rating based on how great they were at what they were being asked to do at the time the played. Comparing Curry to any PG that didn't have a 3pt line in game is impossible.
