I would say that the flight home after actually losing the Final has been worse for lots of teams.
They have had a night to sleep on it and they still have a chance to win at home. I’d say there has been many much worse flights in NHL history.
I think a worse flight would be Edmonton if they loose after winning 3 in a row.
The oilers are #1
wait till the drive home on monday night, there is going to be some check points for DUI for sure.
Not even close
I think it will be a miracle if the panthers win. They looked shell shocked last night. Their facial expressions looked as if they already lost the series 🤣🤣🤣
Understatement of the year, but Florida really needs to score first Monday Night.
fuck this fuckin team
I just looked it up on Flight Aware – they’re on a Delta 757 and the flight is 5.5 hours.
That’s a long time on an old airplane to consider the Game 6 loss!
NFW Edmonton loses. I’ve been watching NHL hockey for 50 years and never seen a momentum swing like this. And Florida has no answer
Raycroft’s legacy is definitely mixed.
How about getting swept in the Finals? That’s a much worse feeling. The empty feeling after the 97 finals as a fan were terrible.
I wouldn’t even want to be a panther fan
United 93 was probably worse
Devils fan here. I am sure the flight back from LA back in 2012 was worse, and then in 2001 from Colorado. I’m sure many many other worse flights than coming home to your building to have a game 7.
Most of yall with an opinion are most likely out of shape high school athlete athlete has-beens. I’ll listen to raycroft
*worst flight in nhl history for a team that is not yet eliminated
If Edmonton scores first Monday it’s for sure over. With how defeated Florida already looks it probably already is but we still got at least 3 periods of hockey to go. Gotta give it to Edmonton, keeping the locker room together down. 3-0 and storming back.
