  • Cole Beaudoin, Barrie (OHL)
  • Dean Letourneau, St. Andrew’s (PHC)
  • Julius Miettinen, Everett (WHL)
  • Yegor Surin, Loko Yaroslavl (MHL)

Defensemen

  • Charlie Elick, Brandon (WHL)

  1. I’m high on Dominik Badinka. 6’3 190 RD, ate up minutes in the SHL and J20 this year. Good skater, smart, good with the puck. Not sure if he makes it to 30 but would be a slam dunk if he does. I don’t think Boisvert falls that far either but he would also be a slam dunk.

Luke Misa and Tanner Howe are C prospects I like if they want to go that route. I also think Bednarik from the NTDP would be a sneaky good pick in later rounds.

Letourneau is a risky choice (never played junior, only AAA), but he is a 6’7 center and it would be the quintessential Drury pick. Surin is a good player, but undisciplined to the point of possibly becoming a liability, which adds risk. Elick I see as Schneider 2.0 (same team even).

All I ask is PLEASE, no more poor skating prospects.
