all reports were that we got he threw the ball quite well while he was down there yeah he had a couple of starts in Louisville uh both starts he pitched at least six Innings one he went into the seventh and all of those were less than 100 pitches Brian Reynolds comes up amazing 22 game hit streak that batting average 360 he’s hit six home runs he’s driven in 16 now we anticipate every time he comes to the plate one is swinging a liner towards Center falling fast and down for a base hit not wasted any time again 23 games in a row Brian Reynolds has hit safely I like it when he takes care of it in his first H bat no waiting around just go ahead and get you a pitch up go ahead and get the suspense over with the pitch he bounces this on one hop to steer to De La Cruz one back to First that is a three 6-3 inning ending double play it’s a beautiful thing we go to the bottom of the first Pates nothing Red’s coming up now Cincinnati will come to bat in the home half of the first inning and Luis Ortiz makes his first start of the Season yeah see the big righty coming on he’s three and two he does have one save Reds come to bat Jonathan India leads It Off full nine from Rally House an inning gave up a couple of hits Jason delay and Joe takes off ground ball that’s a fair ball inside the bag Jason delay going to come up with another huge double two more runs how about Jason delay and he can come threw in the clutch it’s remarkable was it the first game he played this year he had a b bases clearing double and here Pirates now extend their lead to six to one and Luis Ortiz returns for the bottom of the sixth here’s the pitch swing going to miss struck about tying a career high seven strikeouts for Luis Ortiz he’s looked good he’s had that fast ball at the top of the Zone working he’s thrown a couple of two seamers down I mentioned his starts in his career 19 starts going six Innings or more just three times make it four times Louis Ortiz one of the best starts of the Year by a Pirates pitcher today Alexis Diaz has not pitched all that much just two appearances two innings since the 14th of June but the game dictates espol beand tough play just got it Dynamite defense from Santiago ESP ball has a little spin on it too ESP with the no glove great play strike three called got him looking fast ball on the outside corner it might have just barely kissed the edge Reynolds didn’t think so Pirates go to the bullpen they’ll bring on former red closer that would be aalis Chapman Chapman 0 and three on the year with a even four er this will be his 34th appearance 45 strikeouts in his 27 Innings and now Tyler Stevenson from Chapman Stevenson swings and misses he struck him out out 102 mph from aalis Chapman in his return to Cincinnati and the Pirates beat the Reds two games to one with a 6 to1 win here this afternoon
