I love this….OOOO I love this. I LOVE DENI. He is such a goooood good 2 way player and 23 on a great contract. This is so awesome. I’m such a big fan of this deal.
I love this deal. Deni is already an ELITE multipositional wing defender, a good secondary ball handler/playmaker, and his scoring is coming along (almost 40% from three last season). He’s also on one of the best contracts in the NBA. This is really really awesome.
Honestly a pretty good trade. He’s gonna provide way more value to you in the next 5 years more than anyone you would select at 14
I traveled to DC and caught a couple wizards games. This guy was the wizards best asset imo. We should be very content, he has a ton of potential and fits the timeline.

I’ve kinda wanted us to rescue someone from the Wizards wing room for a while lol (Deni, Kispert, Coulibaly even tho they’d never) so I’m pretty happy with this.

Deni is a perfect fit in Portland. He can cover 1-4, but needs to improve on the 3. I’m wondering if Portland is going to trade Grant.

Nobody watches washington but this is the guy I have heard nothing but good things about. Two picks suck but in this draft 14 was gonna be meh anyways and probably wouldnt be as good as Deni is or will be. If the other pick is Bostons then thats fine, they are gonna be good for a while with tatum and brown only at 26 and 27 years old. They will build a good team around those two for the next 5 years
Always feels good when the other team’s fan base is bummed to lose the player you’re getting.

A two way wing with legit size who is the same age as Dalton Knecht?! His contract is INSANE too. He’s making rookie scale money into 2027-2028, and it’s descending!!

Absolute robbery by the Blazers. Deni is coming off a career year at 23 years old. His contract is also one of the best in the entire league. His contract is descending. In the 2027-28 season, he only makes 11.8 million. Portland needed wing players, too. Freaking insane.

Wiz fan here: You got a good player. Our fan based loved him. His game improved a lot every year and I felt this year was gonna be a huge year for him. He plays great defense improved his 3 point shot and is consistently is driving to the hole. Also has a team friendly contract. You guys are gonna love him.
