  1. Gil looks like peak Severino, and now Severino is starting to look closer to his old self…Should be an interesting game tonight.

  2. I still love him no matter what. I’m so happy he’s doing well. Maybe we can have a reunion sometime down the line!

  3. I was so excited for the Cole/Sevy 1-2 and eventual torch-pass when we signed Cole, but then the injuries piled up. Hope he stays healthy and keeps doing his thing

  4. Funny how he hasn’t been injured with his new team? If he was still with the Yankees he would be on the IL.

  5. Was at Citi last month (church group outing) and watched him throw an absolute gem against the Giants (which their bullpen promptly blew). Glad to see he’s still got it and wish him nothing but the best outside the Subway Series.

  6. Him and Bader going to the Mets really felt like “I love New York but the Yankees don’t want me back.”to me. Love Sevy and always will hope he has success

  7. Will always love Sevy. Guy wore his heart on his sleeve and wanted to win here. It just didn’t work out

  8. I *WISH* Severino never got hurt. Mid-2018 during his run of dominance pre-injuries, YES showed an infographic that he and Kershaw had the most 7+ IP with 1 or fewer earned run outings in all of baseball dating back to 2017. What could have been 🙁

Will always want the best for Sevy

  9. I LOVE YOU SEVY… In a better timeline u retire w 225+ wins under your belt as a Yank 🥺

  10. THIS is how you do an interview! Man I miss Sevy. So nice to hear that he’s giving credit to his former club.

  11. Makes me so mad Keith Law was right about Severino’s frame. He was so good when he first came up.

  12. He definitely gave it all he had when he was on the mound. Too bad he’s generally not a rosterable fantasy arm. Wish him the best, but I’m glad he’s gone.

  13. Respect him for saying that.

Glad he didn’t go the Curtis Granderson route and trash us because his feelings got hurt.

  14. man I taped hes first game for the yankees when we played bosoxs becuase i thought he was gunna be our next ace and I wanted to watch after work
