[pensburgh] Jeff Skinner would be an intriguing Penguins option if he is available

Especially if we can get Tanev to roast him again.

No Pensburgh, he would not be. Awful idea.
If you could get him for like 1-2 years at <$4M, I actually agree that he’d be worth taking a flyer on, but I wouldn’t go any higher than that. He’s not without his faults, but he’s still scored 33, 35, and 24 goals the past three years on some pretty bad Sabres teams. For a team that lacked any scoring depth at all last year I don’t think we’re in a position to completely scoff at anyone that can put the puck in the net.

So he can miss the playoffs with the Penguins instead of the Sabres?
