The Centennial Authority has approved a development agreement for construction of a multi-phase, mixed-use district around @PNCArena – including arena enhancements, retail, housing, entertainment, and more.
We’re moving to the 21st century! But also everything will be more expensive lol.
nooooooooooooooo my tailgate lotssssssss what will i ever do?????? now I have to pregame in a nice restaurant with HVAC, TVs, draft beer, music, and other canes fans!
As a guy who’s in college for Sport Management and wants to work at PNC Arena, that housing plan sounds like a dream come true but I will miss the old era of PNC for sure.
These districts are typically fantastic for a one-stop fan experience. PNC has been lacking, something that is doubly true given the location of the arena.
As a new fan and new resident this all sounds really cool. I’m excited to see what is brought about here.

Hope they improve everything but the away locker room, for tradition’s sake.
