[McCalvy] – Forgot to share this the other day: Brewers closer Devin Williams’ first bullpen session went well on Wednesday. It was 20 pitches, and he threw his full arsenal. He’ll repeat this weekend.

    edit: can’t wait for a backend bullpen of Williams / Megill / Hudson / Peguero / Payamps and the just melting pot of other RP we can throw out of this pen is going to be insane. Not to mention if this team decides Miz is ready to pitch out of a relief role as well?

  2. The versatility we’re gonna have in this bullpen is insane. Honestly part of the reason why I’m not too concerned about having starters that can go consistently deep. Realistically we just need a starter to go 4 or 5 innings in a playoff and then we have plenty of arms to cover the rest.
