  1. this is why i dont trust any reporter but woj

so many speculative idiots got this wrong

  2. Yeah doesn’t he like it there/its near family? Unless it’s a team decision I wouldn’t think he’d want to leave at this point in his career

  3. Not great for Clippers championship aspirations but should be decent in the regular season maybe getting them a couple extra wins.

  4. After seeing him dancing on stage at Kenny’s show I knew his ass wasn’t leaving LA.. lol

  5. Wasn’t there the report just the other day that he wasn’t going to pick up his option? So many reporters just making shit up.

  6. why would WB choose to leave LA. It’s his home.

PG might be staying too, unless WB and PG are getting traded together.

  7. There’s no way he’s showing out in LA with kdot and NOT returning, cmon yall

  8. His agent probably heard from teams that they wouldn’t offer more than a vet minimum contract so opting in makes sense.

  9. What about all the analysts last night and this morning claiming he’s opting out? Where they at

  10. His per 36 numbers aren’t so bad if he can get back to his 2022-2023 post trade efficiency. His contract is perfectly fine for his role. He’s only a net negative if he were still on his veteran extension. $4M for a rotation guy is a great deal.

  11. Makes sense, he’d basically have to sign for the minimum to even talk to any teams.

Dude puts the ass in wasshed up

  12. Crazy how he will get $4m yet you have other role players signing 4-5 years for $80-100m. Yes, they are younger but stats wise probably all look about the same

  13. Yay. That’s good news. I think he loves playing there. I feel like he always looks so happy. He has a lot of energy when he plays there too.

  14. There isn’t a market for him. Extremely difficult player to add to a roster. Young teams don’t need him taking minutes from young guys, contending teams don’t want to risk his inefficient play hurting them. He is a very unique fit. The clippers are honestly the only team where it’s a good fit.

  15. The level of denial around westbrook that still remains after so many seasons of terrible play is insane to me. The dude is maybe the most negatively impactful offensive player in the league that’s getting a significant role right now. He’s grossly inefficient, incredibly turnover prone, and his mere existence on the court immediately means the defense has a very clear and very easily executable defensive gameplan, that leads to absolutely embarrassing possessions. As much of a dawg as everyone says he is, he is absolutely nonexistent offball, which is crucial for a role player. And even his defense is hugely overrated nowadays. He’s good and he hustles a lot on defense now. But so many players do that same thing to the same or a better level and they don’t absolutely destroy your offense.
