BUFFALO SABRES MAKE A FANTASTIC TRADE W/ THE WASHINGTON CAPITALS: BECK MALENSTYN TO BUFFALO

my goodness this came out of nowhere we’re already looking at the draft picks taking a look at who’s getting the second round going but we have ourselves a trade between the Buffalo sabes and the Washington Capitals the capitals are getting the second round pick in the 2024 draft 43rd overall from Buffalo in exchange for forward Beck malinin and this is an amazing pickup here for the Buffalo Sabers malen Stein’s a guy that really grew on my radar as the season went on I actually saw him in real life earlier last year during the Troy Stitcher Richmond Foundation skate that was going on super interesting player but Beck malinin from White Rock BC is a 26-year-old 62 194b left-handed left wing who only scored 21 points in 81 games this previous season but who really broke out and established himself as a prime penalty killer shot blocking physical machine this guy went out there and played some pretty big minutes on the short-handed units and he was a monster for my fantasy team this previous season I think I was telling yall guys throughout the entire year but for some reason John from hot take hockey made our hockey YouTubers league so weird in that blocks and hits were worth almost as much as goals and assists so Beck marenstein was one of the top producing guys in my league took him up on waivers one day he was amazing and this is an absolute penalty killing middle to bottom six force that the Buffalo Sabers are acquiring the capitals have been getting a lot of forwards lately they just traded for pier duu they also got themselves another guy whose name I am not recalling off the top of my head who in the hell did the Washington Capitals just make a gosh darn trade for oh my goodness it is on the tip of my tongue it is right there it is uh M Pani that’s who it is yes they traded for him a few days ago so with a bunch of guys coming in some guys needed to go out and Beck marenstein unfortunately was that so if you’re a Buffalo Sabers fan you’re going to love this dude he works hard he plays hard and he does his job very very well let me know your thoughts in the comment section below about this trade Buffalo sends over number 43 in exchange for malen Stein the Sabres have number 42 as well so they’re totally okay they didn’t need 42 and 43 they sent away 43 for a guy that can help out their roster right now in malen Stein in the comment section below I hope you enjoyed this V r99 and bye
