  1. 🚨 YOUR HOUSTON ASTROS ARE ONCE AGAIN BACK AT .500!! 🚨

Tomorrow’s question: Can they get above .500??

Also we’re playing 1.000 baseball in the second half so if they keep this pace up we finish the season 121-41

  2. This is a good, honest .500 baseball team. We play .500 ball goddammit. Salt of the earth, punch the clock, even win/loss ratio baseball. We lose a couple, guess what? We’ll win a couple, too. But don’t get too excited or let it go to your head. No long winning streaks here, no sir. That’s hubris, which this blue collar, hard working everyman team doesn’t have. A few wins in a row, these guys, true to form, will balance it out with a couple a losses. Yes sir, that’s my 2024 Astros. A good, honest .500 baseball team.

  3. They turned it around, thank fuck. ngl I am worried about tomorrow since it’ll seemingly be a bullpen game but I have faith

  4. offense fights back from a sizeable deficit and hader having a stress free save in the same game 🥺

  5. Pussies. Celebrating last night like they won the NLCS. Should be forced to perform that song every night until they win another game. Ironic that Iglesias had a great game in a LOSS.

  6. This was a team victory. Everybody came to play and didn’t get discouraged at a deficit. From 6-1 to 9-6 this team didn’t give up. I’m proud of the Astros today. Great game

  7. Espada single handily won us that game with his ability to see the future LETS GOOOO

  8. Forgot what it’s like to have a comeback game. Genuinely thought this game was lost after the 2nd.

  9. I knew their bullpen was going to break, my only question was when. Consider that question answered.

We were five down at one point. That’s gotta be the biggest comeback win all season for us.

  10. This was going to be a back and forth series, two hottest teams in baseball running into each other. Let’s go surprise Sevy and the Mets and win the series tomorrow!

  11. Bailed out framber. As soon as he started getting flustered you knew it was trouble

  12. Mets ended our win streak. It was only fair that we returned the favor and ended theirs.

This game did not look like it was going to go our way, but the fight this team has can’t be ignored. We’re back to .500 and can end June with a winning record tomorrow. Biggest comeback of the season. Bad defense? Framber framboozling his own team? Ump’s questionable zone decisions? Astros overcame them all today and it was glorious.

Tomorrow’s going to be an interesting one, but today? Let’s fucking go.

  13. Just saying… without an umpire fucking up Meyers’ zone… he does pretty well.

  14. These come back wins are my favorite. They have me at both ends of the emotional spectrum. Rage sadness/joy elation. Let’s just win tomorrow, Astros! LFG!!!

  15. I’m traveling today, so I couldn’t watch the game. Saw Framber had a rough 2nd inning and the Astros were down 4-6 earlier. Very pleased to see we came back and won this one!

  16. The Mets’ broadcast team on SiriusXM referenced Framber’s giving up 6 runs on 10 hits to then be replaced by “the adult in the room” (Taylor Scott). It’s kinda embarrassing that Framber’s emotionality is such a factor in games that it’s mocked like this.
