[Music] so the hitters Will Smith with two on and nobody out Smith in the left center field headed for the Gap headed for the wall Hernandez in to score otani’s right behind him he’ll score without a throw and a two-run double from Will Smith Dodgers lead 9 to7 great job of staying inside the ball Will Smith still had the power to breat the outfielders and pulling the baseball by keeping that barrel of the bat in the [Applause] zone Will Smith came into this game three for his last 38 that’s his third hit today that’s flipped the left Center fading down in it bounces by Luis Mato Smith turns the corner heads for the plate Freeman into second and it’s 10 to7 as the Dodgers get greedy in the 11 he had to lose this ball it’s weird he was either in between diving or loses the ball at the last minute this ball was slicing towards him and this would have been a double play if he came up with it because the runner had been convinced that he was going to score or not catch this ball but watch at the last minute I guess that ball went was changing directions on him and he took the angle that he couldn’t get to it Tasker Hernandez off the end of the bat and is down slated with a diving try but he couldn’t get it and while Will Smith blasted his ball a couple of dunk shot base hits here all smiles for LA [Applause] yeah they have not hit these last two balls very hard what an unbelievable effort though I mean you talk about selling out through the vacated right side a base hit for Chris Taylor Freeman in the score they’ve gotten four in the 11th and still nobody out well just not able to put him away with a put off Pitch and the Dodgers have done a nice job putting it in play when it as matters the mattered the most he didn’t overswing he went with the pitch vacated second base side of the field easy single and that’s a bullet down the line from Jason Hayward up against the wall and it sneaks by Slater two runs will score easily Hayward seted for third with a triple the floodgates open for the Dodgers in the 11th they’ve scored six Hayward just gets it down the line and then this is a tough play for the outfielders Slaters looking for this ball to carum hugs the line and misses the wall and at that point easy [Applause] triple now it’s Roos LOF in the ball the left field Hayward tags and heads for the plate Roos gets his fourth run banded in today seven all day and then seven in the 11th what an explosion [Applause] w

The Dodgers put up 7 runs in the 11th inning to pull away with the win!

  2. Good to see J Hey get that big triple late & Will Smith with a 3 knock day. Both have struggled recently. Confidence builder, hitting in the clutch. Baseball is a such a difficult & beautiful game.
