Great personality, but took about 7 steps back in his play this season.
I’ll miss you Schmidt. Fantastic guy who was a much better player than a lot of people gave him credit for
Was expecting a trade with salary retained. I’d expect he is able to sign somewhere a bit more rebuild-y. Seems like a great glue guy.
Not surprised here. D needs a different look, other than your top 2, Stanley’s game took a step back at times this season.
There are rules that prevent us from turning around and signing him to league min right? He’s obviously not great on the ice but by all reports he is a fantastic human and a great guy in the room.

While I agree with the move, it’ll be sad to see the minister of vibes go.
Get him to replace Kevin Sawyer on color. I think he would be hysterical

Such a great character guy, shame Utah or someone desperate for NHL defenders with good attitudes couldn’t take on the contract. Curse you Vanshitty, another horrible contract of theirs hurts another franchise!
