is safe and a good start as it kicks away but not far enough it’s three bases to open the game for Andy Ian Mark canah need to get this bat going chance to take the early lead as that ball’s in the air for center field Mickey moniac makes the catch and the Tigers two batters in have a one- nothing lead this is where you go back to where we just talk about weighing a lot of belief in his team even though they’re down early here one nothing they’re going to be able to come right back that’s out number two Jake Rogers one of their catchers who’s dhing and this is skyed in the air into left field a rou te play for Taylor Wards hit pretty deep and’ll make the catch maybe 78 ft from the rim of the track in left Center the inning is over Casey coming off that career-high 10 strikeout performance but he was he just was not that happy cuz he only went four in a third Innings and I think Casey would gladly give up some of those strikeouts just to get deeper into the game two balls two strikes as shanell rolls it to the right side and threw a basee hit unless you’re a pitcher he is another headit he is really swinging the bat exceptionally well here so what Casey M would really like is a a clean start to a game on the ground to First Cana spins it to Second to get one there return passes in time it’s a double play synchronized INF field beautifully done by the Tigers so the change up hooked it into left field Justin Henry Malloy starts the third with a single to left strikeout number one of the day for Anderson it’s out number one in the inning and here’s ianz who L off the game with a triple and then scored on a sack fly this to left field Andy Ian continues to wear out left-handers and there are two on with one out here in the third and Cana will be the next batter he drove in their run with the sack fly in the first swinging a Miss strike three got that cutter upstairs spotted that one very very well two outs here’s Riley green counts one and two here’s the wall costing the Tigers a run Kelly will have to stop at third that low wall probably kept a run from scoring here in the fourth and now the Tigers have something brewing with one out Runners at second and third and her shello will be the next batter to Third Base it’s stopped by SOI comes home needlessly then throw to first is in time by ohpp there was no way so was going to get Kelly and one0 swing live drive base hitting the left B around second he’ll turn and hold Ward up with the ball and that will end the day for Tyler Anderson so he will be lifted and Andrew W will be coming in for his first appearance this season with the angels two on two outs Carson Kelly at the plate swinging a high fly ball right center field moniac going back looking up gone Carson Kelly opposite field two out three run home run Tigers take a seven nothing lead in the fifth as angels have a base runner they’re going to have to get a lot of people on Mount a comeback the rest of the way in this game shallow left field Malloy came in now he goes back makes the catch looking into the sun Casey M has only allowed three hits today all singles he’s walked to he struck out two his last start he had 10 strikeouts a career high he’s typically not gone very deep in games getting him through six has been tough popped up he doesn’t see it no Kelly can’t see it Ma is going to run in and reach back and there’s no chance for that to go well I mean Casey did everything he could to make it all right but Carson Kelly with this High Sky had no chance of that ball gets a pop up here does Kelly see this one is the question he’s going to leave it to Ella who makes the catch we have a meeting at the mound here just to check on Casey M make sure he’s all right kind of hopping a little bit stretching it out they see that immediately he’s telling them I want to get through this I’m okay you know and AJ just says no there’s no way I’m going to let you go especially after 86 I know that you want to get through this even though case’s telling them but AJ just makes that decision and takes it right out of Casey M’s hand Alex Foo takes over on the mountain for the Tigers Runners at second and third so we will see The Return of Brandon Drury here a bat for Willie Calhoun here’s the next delivery and that’s low it skips away from the catcher now breaking for the plate and diving in safely with that run from third base is shawell boy that was some good alert heads up base running right there Angels get their first run of the day on that one two out walk to keep the game alive Edo at the plate quiet day for him it’s one in the air to left field this one hit pretty far and it’s going to go as three run arm Zach Netto pounds one out and the angels not going down quietly today it’s 7 to four the lead for Detroit now 7 to four as if Adell reaches the left-handed batting shell would be the tying run here fball left center field hit pretty well green is back for this one at the wall and that ball is gone Jo Adell cranks a two-run homer five in the ninth and it is a one run game at Angel Stadium Tyler Holton will come in here get sha ell out cuz you don’t want to face the Angel’s best hitter in in Ren heo 3-2 from Holton he got him time to get on the plane 76 Tigers clutch by Tyler Holton to fall behind three and one and come back and throw two perfect pitches a win is a win and that’s going to be I don’t care what the score was and I would finished and everything everybody will feel good about that one
