BOSTON BRUINS OFFICIALLY SIGN NIKITA ZADOROV & ELIAS LINDHOLM… GOODBYE VANCOUVER CANUCKS

here’s a little bit of a peak behind the Iron Curtain because I am uploading this video right here waiting for the checks to complete ah they have just completed okay publish it is 9:29 a.m. in the morning and this video is officially there all right fantastic and we got to go out there and post the Tweet awesome awesome awesome but with all this in mind we have ourselves even more signings to go out there and talk about because two Vancouver Canucks are going to Boston it is 2011 all over again no it’s not that didn’t really happen in 2011 but the NHL Bruins have done a significant amount of leg work on both Nikita zadorov and Elias Lindholm as free agency opens and shortly after and shortly after I mean like an hour after we finally had ourselves the contracts announced and finalized Elias lyol and Nikita zadorov are heading over to Boston they shipping up to Boston whoo oh oh whatever the song is let’s take a look at this so Nikita zadorov has signed a six-year deal with the Bruins carrying a $5 million aav contract a a 5 million bucks a year for 6 years you know what I will say a lot of people are asking like didn’t the Canucks offer him that they offered him 5 by five 6 years is a lot of money for Nikita zadorov for big Z he expressed confidence in himself that he’s going to be able to play till he’s 34 35 years old so with that in mind it makes sense that he signed a six-year deal with Boston now is he going to play as well as he did in the 2024 Stanley Cup playoffs for 6 years who really knows he was an absolute monster a beast a shutdown machine Puck breaking out machine and goal scoring machine all rolled into one 6’6 frame in the Vancouver conu 2024 playoff run he was astounding he was one of the MVPs but could the Canucks commit that dollar amount and that term to Big Z Patrick gine said no he said he cannot overpay for a single player and I guess in the eyes of alven this right here would be seen as an overpay now it all boils down to what version of Nikita’s zorov you’re getting because as we had said if you get this version of zadorov the 2324 regular season version of zadorov six points in 21 games of the Flames 14 points and 54 Vancouver Canucks games if you’re getting that guy then I don’t know if he’s really worth $5 million a year for 6 years till he’s 35 years old but if you get this sedor off for 82 games in a season the eight points and 13 playoff games that he had absolute gamer absolute playoff performer and a shutdown monster along the way then okay this version of zadorov is worth $5 million a year for 6 years if you get that guy for 82 games a season then you’re cooking but the Boston Bruins you know they’re making that bet that that is exactly what they are getting and even when zadorov is okay when he’s just normal zadorov in the regular season he’s still a big dude he can still destroy opposing players and make lives difficult for the opponent he can still go out there and deliver big hits and make some big plays once in a while he may not be scoring as many goals as he did I mean let’s do four / by 13 that’s the amount of goal production that he was putting up there in the playoffs multiply that by 82 this is a 25 goal Pace from a 6’6 big defenseman that’s astounding not to say that big Z will ever do that or not do that at any point in the next six years with this contract but I’m just saying Nikita zadorov playoff run for Vancouver in 2324 was one for the absolute ages and it will go down in history as one of the most impactful things a Vancouver kak has done in any playoff Run Forever pretty much this will go down as huge Vancouver Canuck lore and you can say that there is some extra lore attached to that because Nikita zadorov was acquired by Vancouver from the Calgary Flames and guess what from Calgary to Vancouver and now over to Boston it is not just big Z it is also Elias Lindholm who has signed with the Boston Bruins a $7.75 million aav 7year deal a what happened in Vancouver that this guy didn’t want to take a $7 million aav deal with the cans he was really really betting on that extra 75 come on man like I’m not even so cheesed that Elias Lindholm signed a bad contract or that the Bruins are over paying for this guy or something like better bookmark Lin Holmes buyout page in 2020 whatever sorry we can’t do that anymore cap friendly doesn’t exist but Elias Lindholm reportedly rejected a 7.7 or excuse me a 7 by seven with the Vancouver Canucks he signs a 7 by 7.75 instead with Boston are you kidding me this guy did not take the discount to stay in Vancouver and $775,000 is the amount of money that gets it done what happened with the Canucks that said that this guy did not want to go out there and take a 7 by S not only do I feel kind of like okay the Bruin’s overpaid I feel kind of insulted right now as a Vancouver Canucks fan this guy really was penny pinching that hard that he wanted so much more on a 7.77 instead of 7 by7 I’m saying way too many sevens either way all I’m trying to say is 7 by7 the kanaks offer is super close to 7.75 so why did he go out there and reject the Canucks initial offer when they really were just so close within each other I mean that’s an extra 7 million minus a little bit dollar amount that the Canucks were giving him so for Elias lindol I mean I guess he really just wanted all the dollars that he could have gotten now at 29 years old he’ll be making this amount of money till he’s 36 6 ft 194 right-handed Center he is now the Austin Bruins first line Center and if you take a look at his production 12 points in 26 games with the Canucks that was really bad he was injured for a good chunk of that 10 points in 13 games in the playoffs though he was an absolute Beast too alongside of Dakota Joshua and Conor garland that third line was astounding lyol on the power play was great he also ended up scoring one of the most important goals of the entire Vancouver conu playoff run he scored the first goal in the playoff run in game one against Nashville he o scored the overtime winner in game number four to seal the deal and give the Canucks a 3 to1 Series lead that was the miracle comeback game the Canucks had where they barely edged out a huge deficit in the final minutes it was crazy that game and linol played the most important part of it all winning it for Vancouver but now after rejecting a $49 million contract with the Canucks he is signing what is a let’s do the math on that 7 time 7.75 a 50 4.25 million contract with the Bruins this guy rejected $5 million fewer with Vancouver are you kidding me man are you kidding me who knows if he does get bought out who knows if he just wanted the opportunity there are already so many Rumblings of him leaving Vancouver and going to Boston but to see Nikita zadorov do the same thing yeah no the Boston Bruins call them the Boston Canucks because big Z and Elias linhome are both shipping up to Boston let me know your thoughts in the comment section below about these two contract signings I hope you enjoyed this v99 and bye

  1. Yeah. And didn't Zadorov sign for the same amount we offered him after he said he would give us a hometown discount after turning us down?🤔

  2. $750,000 / yr is a lot.
It’s a 10% raise AND US taxes instead of BC taxes, so that’s another, what, 11%?
20+% more? That’s a big chunk of money.

  3. i believe lindholm and Z knew where they were going to sign long term when they were still in calgary. next season will be a step back for vancouver.

  4. I thought they Zadorov said he is giving the Vancouver a discount, so where is the discount? Did they just send the coupon to the wrong address? (Based on rumor and what they signed today)
