looking deep inside the numbers and that’s just what I’ve done in today’s game between the Padres and the Rangers but before I get to that my analysis and my free pick on that game we cashed in last night with our free pick video as uh we had the New York Mets uh they had to go Extra Innings but they did win uh nine to7 and also on Friday we hit with the Seattle Mariners so our last two free pick I like to call the meat and potatoes and that’s the game itself between the Padres and the Texas Rangers right now the Texas Rangers are a minus 115 money line favorite the Padres are at minus5 I’m getting those odds from Caesars uh and at the wager talk um odds page and it’s listed under Caesars you’ll see both of those ODS again I’m broadcasting around 12:00 p.m eastern time uh on Tuesday so uh keep that in mind depending on when you view the video these lines are subject to change Nathan yaldi gets the start for the Texas Rangers and he’s been a bit shaky over his last three starts I know evaldi has pitched much better at home than on the road where he’s at home tonight but over his last three starts a 619 erra while allowing four home runs in just 17 Innings pitched it’s a bit concerning when you uh factor in the San Diego Padres in the month of June hit 42 home runs in 28 games that’s an average of 1.5 uh home runs per game and eovaldi as I just mentioned a little prone to giving up the long ball of late and again a lofty 619 ER over his last three starts the Rangers are one in seven in their last eight and five and 12 in their last 17 not exactly playing good baseball just 20 and 19 at home this year very disappointing start to the season first half in general for the defending world champion Rangers on the other hand the San Diego Padres have won nine of their last 11 Dylan CE gets the start for the Padres he’s made nine starts on the road this year with a brilliant 103 whip in those outings and ceas is a power pitcher that averages well over a strikeout per inning uh pitch this season the Padres are 46 and 42 not a great record winning record but not overwhelmingly great H but the the thing is you look inside those numbers they’re plus 35 in terms of run differential and that’s the 11th best in Major League Baseball on the other hand Texas has been uh is a minus 10 in run differential this year uh the Padre’s uh doesn’t matter if they’re home and away pretty much average on both accounts 22 and 20 away 24 and 22 at home so I’m going to take the San Diego Padres here uh minus 105 on the money line at Texas on Tuesday July 2nd friendly reminder folks uh last night I released a uh total on the Milwaukee Brewers and Texas Rangers game but I based that on uh the starting the listed starting pitchers and Milwaukee scratched or starter and that game was a no play but it did go easily over the total of 11 uh I think the final score was eight to7 um all sports weekday picks right now up $ 77961 since last August the 4th that’s based on $100 bet per unit in as our grading system uh and according to our grading system over at wager talk also since August the 4th not only up 7 961 in all sports but up 3099 in Major League Baseball at or $ 3,99 based on $100 bet per unit and my 5% top plays lost the last one um I had the Toronto Blue Jays over three and a half runs on their team total on Sunday and they late an egg only scoring one against the uh Yankees you know8 to one loss but still 21 and N 70% uh with my 5% top plays going back to uh February 4th of this year so uh keep an eye on that one those five star top plays I release
