  1. They released a Netflix themed video for the announcement on [Twitter](https://x.com/canucks/status/1808168938905522471?s=46&t=7fabqgtgp69dNA1d51vxFw). Another version of the [schedule](https://x.com/canucks/status/1808170192234860579?s=46&t=7fabqgtgp69dNA1d51vxFw) also posted on Twitter. Schedule is now available on the NHL App/website.

9 back to backs total. And the division games this year:
    – 3 vs EDM (2H/1A) and LA (1H/2A)
    – 4 vs ANA, CGY, SJ, VGK and SEA

This year we play in one home opener on the road and it’s in Philly (again).

All 32 teams will be playing on Oct.22, all Canadian teams playing Jan.18.

Reminder that league will pause between Feb 10-21 for the Four Nations Face-Off, no All Star game/break

  2. We see Philly 2 times in less than a week right at the start of the season rofl.

  3. The second half of March looks brutal.

Also, we play the Leafs after we play the Canes in Jan. Whoever scheduled that obviously wanted the Leafs to win💀

Also, what is the significance of the Ottawa home game in Dec 21st?!? Why is that important for some reason?

  4. I’m glad that the regular season is ending before April but that six game road trip to end the season, that sucks

Edit: whoops did not see those games in april

  5. Important to have a good start of the season again. This schedule is unlike last year, where we have a stretch of games at home in March and less travels down the stretch, we actually have a 6-game road trip through the East at the end of March. Really important to have some cushion before we get there. Having more points would mean we don’t have to play Demko every game down the stretch to keep him fresh and healthy.

Praying that all of our players come out of that Four Nations tournament healthy, any team losing a star player in an event like this mid-season is detrimental. I wouldn’t mind if some of our players don’t get selected to play.

Goal this year for me is get atleast 100 points in the regular season, be mentally and physically prepared for the playoff grind. Hope to see us making a lengthy playoff run this time around.

  6. Woah, looks like a lot of long road trips and home stands. I know Vancouver is one of the harder cities to schedule, but is it usually this streaky?

  7. Montreal ➡️ Washington ➡️ Carolina ➡️ Toronto on the road trip is so weird

Also very few back-to-backs and even fewer with travel which is always nice

  8. Two separate back to backs to backs March 11/12 and 15/16th and February 22/23rd and 25/26th seems a bit rough. Especially Montreal one night then the second night in Calgary 🤷‍♂️

  9. Jan 2/3 is going to suck, same with March 11/12.

What kind of psychopath schedules those?

  10. If we can start above .500 that would be wicked. Good tough road trip to start the season

  11. Sorta interesting they are having a home game on the same day and time as the Grey Cup also in Vancouver. If I remember correctly in recent history can’t really think of many Canadian teams playing on that day let alone a home game in the city that’s hosting it at the same time.

  12. Isn’t there Taylor swift tour in Vancouver in dec 6-8? The traffic will be as bad as it can be.

  13. 2x 6 game road trips

    2x 5 game road trips

    2x 4 game road trips

    9 b2b games

idk how to feel about this schedule

  14. This is my first year as a half STM. Does anyone know when those schedules come out on which games we get to attend?

  15. This is fantastic because I get to see these 4 SoCal games before the New Year. Typical they haven’t came down here until the season is almost over.

  16. The black skate is interesting. We know they will wear the orca but then why are they announcing the schedule in the skate colours? Do we have a jersey schedule? I wonder if the home games will be 50/50 with the orca and skate.

  17. Seeing the Skate branding is certainly interesting, teams in the past featured alternate logos/colours throughout a season to soften their fanbase for a change.

Not saying it’s happening, I love our current setup, but something to possibly look out for. OR this is being overanalyzed and the Canucks are just flexing their awesome logo/colour scheme for this particular schedule release aesthetic.

  18. Is it just me or do we always play Philly, Florida, and Tampa really early in the season?
