welcome to the recap of the white sock 7 to6 loss to the Cleveland Guardians on Tuesday evening in Cleveland Ohio I’m David Kaplan it’s brought to you by our great Partners at win trust the exclusive home of white socks checking click on the QR code on your screen or go to wintrust.com Sox for all the details on how you can get your very own white socks checkie account folks not often can you have a four RBI night hit a home run go two for four and at the end of the game that people go what the heck are you doing they had a a wild pitch where copc Spike caught in the ninth inning with a man at second Andre Jimenez who’s very fast I’m not telling you Robert would have thrown him out but with a man on Third and one out Fly ball on a 3-2 pitch to medium center field he never even set up to try and throw I’m not telling you he would have gotten him he probably wouldn’t have he caught it just stood there like what are we doing here I got to hear from Pedro what Robert tells him about it or if somebody has the tarity to ask him in the post game we got to find out what the heck was going on there because that’s an embarrassing way to end a ball game embarrassing socks came back they were down in this game and kept coming back and battled and grinded let me take you really quick through what happened Andrew Von homers it’s one- nothing in the first white socks and then schneeman hits a two-run home run Cleveland has the lead roio hits base hit now they got a 3-1 lead Robert homers to tie it at three David fry drives in a run there’s an error by Paul D young and then Freeman homers they’ve got a comfortable lead again then Sosa comes up with a double to drive home D young and then Robert singles to drive in another run and the next thing you know we’re tied again go to the ninth bow Naylor in and bow Naylor delivers uh Michael copek two-thirds of an inning one hit one run it’s earned see you later thanks for coming Chris flexon six Innings pitched six hits six runs three earned three KS one walk two home runs allowed our Chicago Lance Chevy dealers white socks player of the game I mean I can’t give it to Luis Robert for that ridiculous lack of a try in the ninth inning even though he had a monster day I’ll give it to lenine Sosa he had two hits Robert that is embarrassing you catch the ball and you stand there you don’t even try to throw never even set up to give the little Crow Hop and see if he can get something into it embarrassing and don’t you dare send me a tweet he wouldn’t have got him anyway you play the game to win and if you don’t get him you don’t get him but you try you die trying that’s have a great rest of your night appreciate you greatly take that
Luis Robert had 4 RBIs in the game and2 hits and still managed to embarrass himself at the end of the game. A ball was hit to him in the 9th with the game tied. He caught the ball for an out, but then just stood there rather than try and theow out the runner who was tagging feom third. The runner scored and the game was over. Kap wants to know why he disnt even try to throw out the runner. He may not have gotten him, but you habe to try!

No, he didn’t forget how many outs there were like DeJong, Bellinger, or Baez did. There was a 99.999% chance Gimenez would have been safe at home he isn’t a slouch. He shouldn’t have even been on 3rd anyway because Kopech struck B Naylor out on 3 pitches but the ump called strike 3 a ball. Then Kopech Gronk spiked that pitch past the catcher. DFA Kopech I am sick and tired of watching him constantly 💩 his pants in high leverage situations… #TakeThat #SellTheTeamJerry #FireGrifol
