Overall a fair deal I think. Not too long and not too much AAV. I don’t like the limited NTC but you’ve gotta do it to get guys at reasonable cap hits these days.
Good for all parties. Fair deal imo. Shame that BG had to make his yearly impulse buy to ruin what’s been a really good few days otherwise.
