Semi hot take.. Noot should bat leadoff when he returns. Everyone has struggled there this season and we need better production from that spot. Winn’s OBP is too low batting 1 to keep him there for the rest of the season, and Donny is too valuable at driving in runs right now to move him. Noot’s walk rate and OBP fit, plus the power/speed combo is dangerous there. I also love the energy he brings to the team, and batting first could be the perfect way to jumpstart the offense.
