I mean, he should legitimately go to prison for this. There’s no difference between robbing a bank and robbing a online casino/ potentially thousands of bettors who bet the over/under on the game by influencing the outcome illegally. It’s not all that unlike the Mafia fixing games.
jontay’s investment advice was all about buying tesla because elon had alpha energy at the events, and then when the stock didnt respond to positive earnings and instead relied purely on memes, jontay was shocked. he brutally mistimed NFT’s and crypto. he helped run an investment website and discord that gave advice someone with zero qualifications would give, no actual analysis just vibes. i dont think jontay rly understood any of the things he was getting himself into.
