really excited to see what Kobe Bufkin is capable of. He was shitting on people in the G League averaging 24/5/6 on 58TS. Didn’t really watch too much of his game there so I don’t know how good the defense is but he can definitely be a cheap replacement for Bogdan if the Hawks want to trade Bogdan for a better center piece.
Possibly the best SL Roster we have ever had since Trae Kevin spellman rookie year . We have actual depth. I am expecting a Mo Gueye breakout to the media when he is doing same things Sarr is
My hope is that:
Kobe does what we expected AJ to do last year. He should be the best player on this squad and just look like he doesn’t belong in the summer league.
Mo should be more comfortable. He was very raw last year and he was hurt throughout the season. But I want to see if he looks more in control and not just relying on being an athlete.
I don’t have nba expectations for Norris or Bowden. But I liked them when I watched the Skyhawks. So who knows.
Zacch and Nikola I’m trying to manage expectations on. If Zacch can just hit his shots and play good defense then I think we’d all be satisfied.
I just hope Zac really shows out. It can be really important leading up to the season and often bodes well for the future (yes you can have a bad summer league and have a great year like Trae but that’s the exception not the norm).
Crazy to see former first round pick Dylan Windler on the roster. Thought he’d do much better after a pretty good career at Belmont. Shooting usually translates.
This is a nasty roster for summer league. We have a chance to embarass some guys. There are more than 5 legit NBA players on this roster.

This is probably the most excited I’ve been for summer league in a looooooong time. Risacher is going to amaze some people
