Throwback to Angel Stadium before its 1997 renovation.

So odd to see the Big A in center and not red. And no seats in right field or the bullpens in left.

This pic is prior to the 1979-1980 renovations, where they completely enclosed the outfield for the Rams. They moved the big A to the parking lot where it is today, closer to the 57.
The stadium stayed that way until the 1996-1997 renovations after the Rams went back to St. Louis and Disney got their hands on it.
This looks like a mid 1970’s picture before any renovation. Anaheim stadium was enclosed and the “A” moved in the late 70’s – early 80’s.
