  1. Love the idea of switching defenses and being aggressive but you can’t overly do it and not allow some players to play to their strengths (it kinda sounded like this is what he did.) Having an X’s and O’s coach is promising, sounds like you really need to have a team buy in and be ego-less in a way to fully utilize the way he wants to coach. He could be a great Yin to Billups player friendly, non X and O Yang.

    Last season was a HEAVY diet of mid range shots, especially with JG and DA. I wonder if Bjorken being around means that changes a bit. For me personally, i don’t mind the middie being a part of the teams shot diet, i just dont want them to live in the midrange. And too often last season we lived in the midrange.
