Oliver Marmol got into that dugout, remained professional, and did not commit any inappropriate sexual acts towards any of the players.
He got the boys going with his honesty and legitimate leadership.
ugh what a boring 9th inning
(Red) BIRDS OF A FEATHER ARE FLOCKING OUTSIDE
Good series for the Nolans so far.
Willson is King.
Hey, the good guys won! Nice game
9 times out of 10 when you score more runs than the other team you win the ballgame. Today was one of those nine.
[Masyn Winn has the highest BWar of rookies in the entire MLB](https://www.baseball-reference.com/leagues/majors/2024-rookies.shtml)
Butthole isn’t clinched, cards won, good day.
What do you think opponents are thinking when we send out our low leverage relievers and they’re all sitting at 2-3 ERAs?
Good team win, god I can’t wait for Noot to get back. It will take one black hole out of the lineup and push a couple more down.
‘Nother series win, hard to complain
nice to give the big 3 in the BP a couple days off and still feel good about holding that lead for 4 innings. AND can go for 3/4 tomorrow. If miles can just give us 6IP tomorrow with a lead, gotta feel great about coming out with a win
Hot take but I like winning baseball games more than losing them.
I do believe that is our 5th blowout win (5+ runs) of the year
Is Wilson Contreras the Cardinals’ greatest catcher of all time 🤔
Wait so do we still have the best record in the NL since Mother’s Day?
Nolan Gorman, all the charisma of a pool noodle

Man it feels exceptionally good to win by 5 runs. Gives you some… mm I don’t know… confidence?
That was such a good game all around, everyone did their jobs. See you fantastic feathered fucks tomorrow!
All we have to do is keep winning series! (Oh, one more to go. Still! Keep winning 2 games in 3 game chunks and you’re good to go.)
Had fun sitting with fellow Cardinals fans behind the Cardinals dugout today. Felt much better than yesterday.
4.5 back from Milwaukee. Striking distance?
Notes during the game:
Masyn Winn already has 10 DRS and it’s not even the All-star break. 3.4 bWAR and probably would have a higher fWAR if OAA didn’t hate him for some reason.
Goldy cannot keep hitting 4th, the only hits he’s had in this series (2) have been with no runners on. He’s 0-7 with a walk with RISP. The fact we’ve been scoring as much as we have despite that is impressive.
I don’t care about anyone’s grievances with the front office or management right now. This team continues to deserve full support from the fan base. Going from ten games under .500 to now chasing Milwaukee down for the division lead is incredibly impressive. And they’ve done it without multiple key contributors. It’s not a perfect ball club but we asked for winning baseball and that’s what we’re getting right now. Grab yourself some cheap tickets for the upcoming home stand.
