He’s actually having a pretty nice season after starting awful. Reverse 2023 basically.

Oh fuck off. Jays offered him more money than he ended up taking, but he thought he would get way more. I know every player wants to get set for life, but if you can’t make it work on a 100 million dollar offer, I have nothing to say to you. Best of luck in California.
Didn’t he also blame the renos for sapping his homerun power so he didn’t want to be back here?
It’s for the best he’s in San Fran.
Chapman doesn’t move the needle for the Jays this year and they don’t need another 30+ position player to work around the retool (or rebuild) the team needs.
