hey guys what’s going on James here we are back with yet another Pro Football Focus rankings video today we are taking a look at the linebacker position now I’m going to be 100% honest with you guys I don’t expect the Bucks to be like super high up here yes lante David is fantastic but after that it’s some question marks very similar to the Bucs interior offensive line those guys came in at number 17 where the linebackers going to come in well let’s take a look but before we do that let’s take a look at the other teams in the NFC South the Saints coming number nine very interesting top 10 for the Saints Demario Davis is still Demario Davis gosh he is such a headache to to watch play against the Bucks Willie gay joined in free agency so it’s going to be very interesting to see how he does apparently he endured his lowest graded season in the NFL last year so very interesting so a lot of this seems It’s like because of Demario Davis make a note of that uh but anyway let’s go to the Falcons wonder where they’re going to be they’re at number 24 so pretty darn low on the list spoiler the Bucks are at number 23 we’ll get to that in a minute but the Falcons are coming in at number 26 it is what it is their defense has some good spots but also has some question marks as well the Panthers are coming in at number 18 very interesting this is the highest we’ve seen the Panthers ranked on anything so far this year sha Thompson Josie juel are kind of in that mix and of course as I said the Bucks are at number 23 lante David’s play finally started to decline in 2023 lowest graded season in coverage since 2015 now I’m C now I guess the reason for that this having them ranked at 23 is because of lante David’s decline but like you had I don’t I don’t know I mean I guess they’re saying like yeah they’re saying he while while he’ll still be good enough he might not be the different speaker he once was okay might to say like he isn’t I don’t think that’s a fair thing to say but KJ Brit is relatively untested I agree he did earn a 72 Pro Football Focus run defense grade in his third NFL season this is so not just the decline of lante David which you know maybe is being overstated in my opinion but you know maybe some people are going to disagree with this but like losing Devon white and not finding like a pure like you know proven replacement for Deon white is probably why the Bucks are ranked here as they are I love KJ Brit I love cassier Dennis but at the end of the day like I love their potential right and I and I KJ BR is is a bit more proven at this point he did play well in the playoff games in my opinion he did play well to end the year whenever Devon white was hurt and then like not hurt but then like being upset whatever was going on in that situation but we need to see a full season of KJ Brit right we need to and if he’s good throughout an entire year you feel great about that if he’s up and down in like kind of mid you may looking for another starting linebacker next off seon so like that’s where this whole ranking comes from right is that after Levante David you don’t have a ton of Veteran depth there which is fine in some ways right because you’re banking on guys that you drafted to play well but that also means that you’re not going to get a high ranking in these types of situations now if KJ Brit and cassier Dennis and maybe like JJ Russell being thrown in there and kayin Deo if they all come out and do some good things yeah you’ll probably see them higher up next year right you you may see them in the teens but like low 20s or high 20s I should say I it’s a fine ranking it’s fine I’m curious to see where the Eagles rank they’re at 30 with Devin white there very interesting very interesting so noobe Dean can live up to his height but if not most of the snaps will go to demon white and Zach Bond white has just one season with a Pro Football Focus grade above 50 Heck if Deon white was still there the Bucks may be like lower I mean that’s kind of crazy that’s kind of crazy did the Bucks like upgraded inside linebacker by replacing Devin white with KJ Brit I don’t know a 72 run defense grade is pretty darn good I I like KJ Brit so I don’t know I don’t know the team Devon white went to is ranked lower and the Bucks are third in the NFC South that inside linebacker rankings which you know it’s okay like it it it’s not the end of the world in my opinion they are above the Falcons though but what do you guys think let me know your thoughts and opinions about this down in the comments section below I’d love to hear it do you agree with the Bucs ranking do you disagree let me know but anyway guys thank you so much for watching this video I hope you guys all enjoyed as always guys I’ll see you all on the next video or the next live stream but until then and as always guys goodbye for now and go Bucks
