let’s go n j romes happy Wednesday uh happy hump day out there uh birds are chirping and stuff it’s time for another Vikings news dump now uh we addressed this in a previous video and we put it out in the community’s tab but uh for those of you who didn’t seen because we gotten a lot of comments about like where where’s the music I don’t know like I I I know that there’s no playbook for you know getting back to normaly but I just kind of felt like you know no music for a week you know would be obviously in the grand scheme of things it’s very small but um you know nice gesture of respect uh to the Jacksons to the lightens to the uh Hazel so that’s what we’re going to do I don’t know man yeah uh something that I I do know what we’re going to do is we’re going to be binging some Netflix uh today uh as the Netflix documentary Oma Productions uh receiver dropped today uh it’s season two uhon season one was of course quarterback with momes and Kurt Cousins and Mariota for some reason uh but Justin Jefferson is among five subjects now George KD’s one of them not a receiver Debo also not a receiver running back am manra respect and Devonte Adams respect but of course Justin Jefferson is gonna be here’s going to be me W watching all eight of these episodes it’s going to be like oh Justin Jefferson Justin Jefferson not Justin Jefferson Ford Ford Ford Ford Ford that’s what going to be man cuz I I I I honestly don’t care uh so here’s what’s going to happen Devonte Adams going to talk about working hard George KD’s going to be talk about working hard playing hard Debo is going to be talking about uh his running back Idols growing up and amander is going to just list off the names of the receivers drafted above him and get all pissed that’s that’s what it’s going to be uh but yeah JJ walking the Green carpet I guess that’s fitting uh looking good oh he’s got the he’s got the money gun you know so if you’re out ever out at the club it’s a fun way to make a rain but now with the new contract instead of ones it’s got to be like $2 bills right although obviously it’s probably fake money it does look like Benjamin of course uh you know Premier is probably in Los Angeles so I feel like prop departments are pretty easy to find that’s all uh then um uh Jefferson there in the ooh I I love the cream color jacket casuales everything around me cream uh meeting with pton man thing uh the media Mogul the star of uh Mona football Manning cast that man so although that’s a good jacket too feel P man’s got a good tailor and also you see Jordan Addison posted on the gram um there there at the premiere supporting his guy Justin Jefferson love to see it also hey George KD rocking the top knot I feel like that’s cultural appropriation yeah well so the fact that I found out I’m 87% Japanese and also the wife and I are watching Shogun a lot of man buns lot of things going on also they would do a lot of things where they like shave this part of the head and then around it would be long and then into a a man bun or a ponytail I don’t know man I don’t know just feel like we’re having Focus issues that happens man anyways uh Vikings had a couple issues in the 2020 NFL draft actually turned out pretty good I mean the Vikings entered with the 20 uh 22 a 25 overall pick they drafted Justin Jefferson 22 after the Eagles passed on Jaylen ragger even though yes I fully admit I like Jaylen ragger in the draft I was concerned that Jefferson was going to be slot only but I’m happy to be wrong more than happy and then 25 they trade to the ners who took Brandon AEK out of Arizona State and the Vikings traded down and at 31 took Jeff gladney rest and powered now you know gladney didn’t work out it is what it is uh but there was a certain defensive back that was on the board right and Antoine Winfield Jr was just there chilling and now every now and then like you know people piss aone about Kyle Hamilton the Winfield Jr Miss was 10 times worse 10 times right so Sam mson you know tweeted out how wors and Winfield Jr were the best onew uh punch in the 2020 NFL draft uh Winfield junor end up being a high second round pick by the Bucks uh and for so I mean the Vikings turned out pretty good in the first and second round so Jefferson at 22 uh gladney at 20 excuse me at 31 and then uh at 62 they or not 62 at the back end of of the uh second round they took Ezra Cleveland who turned into a serviceable guard yeah Brian O’Neil was 62 yeah uh but I don’t know like this one is just such a bad Miss and I I think it precipitated the end of uh Rick Spielman because you you know that Zimmer would have just loved to have a guy like Winfield on the back end of his defense even though the Vikings were pretty stacked at safety at the time but I mean the whole thing is you you knew Winfield Jr like his dad played for the Vikings from 04 to 2012 or something like that and I mean Junior you know grew up in the building he was in the locker room he was at the practice facility he played at Eden Prairie High School uh for most of his high school career he played for the Gophers but nah ah come on man like that that one’s just like such a bad Miss and I mean SPI Spielman knew like Spielman probably watched Winfield Jr grow up it’s tough man it’s tough anyways uh so NFL it’s actually made me like so I’m not one who gets offended easily but I I I just like to point out BS that’s all right because I I I feel like I understand that people being offended is like currency nowadays and that that feel people feel like it’s the Gold Rush he like hey the more things I’m offended by the more uh clout I have or more social currency or whatever but I don’t know like like the suan thing was BS and this is also a little bit of BS so the Vikings uh Superstar tight end TJ hackets in top three tight end in the league he’s not three when he’s healthy uh at NFL so I understand they’re trying to do a nice thing can always count on at the Hockinson 8 to make big plays clapping Emoji hash skull but the first clip is I mean it’s a nice catch and run by Hockinson but of course it’s a dirty Kirby Joseph clip it’s ridiculous but watch the whole clip I mean Hockinson makes plays man like yeah we nitpicked uh well not nitpick but we took him to task for you know the drops especially at the beginning of the Season were definitely cost the Vikings putting me on the eightball like he had the game winning touchdown against the Chargers in his mids and he dropped it and it bounced up and right into Kenneth Murray’s hands they just frustrated man um I mean this game is a game of inches it’s a game of bounces but but hackinson I mean hackinson with four different quarterbacks last year still almost had a 100 and 1,000 season he would have if Kirby Joseph wasn’t ACL hunting out there all right so can’t wait to have Hawkins on the back he’s going to be that dude also gloriousness gloriousness man so uh these logos uh are from 1995 all right so so 95 is the first year of the expansion Carolina Panthers and Jacksonville Jaguars because you remember in ’96 six both of them made the respective Conference Championship games it was the Panthers and the stupid Packers and it was the uh Jaguars and the Broncos now we need to wait no the Jaguars beat the Broncos so I guess it was the Patriots yeah really doesn’t matter but um I mean ju just look at the the gloriousness of these logos I mean obviously the Vikings one hasn’t changed because it’s Timeless right but you look back I mean the Seahawks is beautiful the eagles with the Kell green makes uh their fans look like less of douchebags uh the Falcons with the red they need to bring that back the Oilers the oil the T the Titans need to seed the Oilers history to the city of Houston I understand that the team moved but the team completely rebranded even though they they were the Tennessee Oilers for like two years when they were playing in Vanderbilt Stadium or whatever now uh bucko Bruce was all up in there the Lions uh the ERS with the I don’t know inverted color scheme I don’t know if that’s a thing uh but this is the NFL on Fox you know the Browns before they moved which is actually hilarious when you think about wa belich was the brown head coach at this point yeah I don’t know man like oh this does take you oh like the the Broncos logo too that’s good to go that’s good to go man where it I I just want to say it was a better time before the Ravens and the Texans were in the league I’m not saying I’m just saying not saying I’m just saying they they know what they did also knowing what what they did is uh top selling jerseys in the UK this is from NFL shop so Travis Kelce of course um probably a lot of them picked up by swifties across the pond makes sense I mean if if I didn’t know that Taylor Swift was American and I never heard her talk or sing I would have wager that she was British she just comes off as a British doesn’t she uh but of course Kelsey uh numero unao over there uh plus momes uh number four so I I feel like the UK like obviously there’s hardcore uh fan bases uh from each team over there I mean the Vikings Vikings UK gets after things man shout out uh across the pond uh but the they the kind of cherry pick like the top team although they couldn’t do with the Patriots because of History you know you know what I mean uh but yeah the Chiefs rising up right now also what’s funny is that uh the the rugby star Louie uh ree zamit is number six in terms of top selling jerseys Caleb Williams uh number five because of you know him being the number one pick uh mcaffry is up there Tyreek Hill I I feel like the even before the international series I feel like there was always a an odd number of dolphins fans in the UK I don’t know if that’s like a proximity to time zone thing since the Dolphins were are on the East Coast I don’t know Jordan Love CD lamb but oh lookie looky look Justin Jefferson at two followed by Aon Rogers bird bones Boniva uh but yeah it’s great to see so you you think that again when it comes to history you think that uh English people would not be down with the Vikings because of again history but this just speaks to Justin Jefferson’s Transcendence like he is the face of the league he is the national brand he is the international brand and the league really needs a build around him and AR Under Armor really needs a build around too I feel like they’re really pissing things away you know not turning Jefferson into uh the Michael Jordan of football that man uh ranking these offensive tackle Duo so I I actually love these exercise now I I would still put the Eagles at one with Matata and the Ageless Wonder Elaine Johnson respect I mean just respect but in terms of these four specifically so you got Decker who’s probably on his way out with the Lions and Pen Su who just got paid eventually he’s going to move to left tackle in all likelihood once Decker leaves Tristan wors a flip to The Blind Side I mean he’s a badass I love me some Tristan wors like iow how does Iowa have so many good offensive lineman and tight ends and they still average like Five Points a game how do you score five uh L geki as well uh wors replacement red tackle yeah uh then of course we got Bernard Raymond uh the physical freak from Central Michigan I believe then Braden Smith I mean Bren Smith’s been around man like Bren Smith is pretty damn good pra Auburn from back in the day yeah uh but for me it’s O O’Neal and derasa and now both of them has had have had their health issues but knocking on all the wood when they’re healthy they’re Elite they’re elite elite elite uh so even though pen Su is a badass even though Tristan wors is a badass and I respect Taylor Decker uh I I’m taking darasa and O’Neal because Dara’s aame is as good as anyone in the league and Brian O’Neal is still a top five right tackle for my money so yeah Vikings all the way there you go uh so also you know killing time before start training camp and preseason and whatnot so we’re actually just running in the background like all the All or Nothing uh Series so we watched Michigan and we saw our guy Josh matelis from back in the day because it was Michigan 2016 I want to say uh and then it was the Arizona Cardinals uh 2015 season that that was the year where the Vikings on Thursday Night Football hey Ted they had a great chance to to beat Arizona but of course Norv called like a 17 step drop on Third and long didn’t quite work out yeah uh but that was a I like I love me some bruis Arians uh and then uh season two was the 2016 Los Angeles Chargers who just moved uh Jeff Fischer got firman season and their starting quarterback was Case Keenum right and didn’t work out the 2016 season because the 2017 season he signed a one-year $2 million deal to be the Vikings backup in 2017 of course we know what happened there but yeah Cas ski and runaround look like Michael Vic it’s good to go uh finish up on a serious note so obviously you know Kyrie Jackson and his family uh and the Hazel and the lightens aren’t you know are aren’t very far from our minds and you know our thoughts and our prayers and this is a great move by Oregon uh so they tweeted this out yesterday Oregon family uh we will hold the candalite vigil to celebrate the life of Kyrie Jackson uh we would be honored if you would join us all are welcome to attend uh Wednesday July 10th Stadium please enter through Southgate entrance 800 p.m and that’s just beautiful man and also you know Kyrie you spent his you know final season uh up in Eugene and he was an all Pack 12 player and he was just he was just fantastic for the Ducks man and you know it speaks to the caliber of the the person too that you they picked the football St they picked Aon and they’re probably going to fill it because of Kyrie it’s AES aome yeah yeah very class move by the Ducks there uh and also so uh it’s kind of what viral so a Vikings fan named Darren who lives in the Maryland area uh he went out and paid tribute to uh Kyrie Jackson uh out at the out at the scene I tweet this out I didn’t know Kyrie Jackson personally again uh I believe Darren said that he’s from that area in Maryland uh he was beloved by so many and his future was bright and he was drafted by my favorite football team I took it upon myself to leave him one of my many hats in remembrance um so you see you a couple Vikings hats uh out there and yeah CL class move by by Darren and it’s just yeah so you class move by Darren there um you great move by the Ducks as well um but that’s it you guys know what to do for
