[Music] the women’s opportunity Network here is a business resource Group so it’s a little bit of both assisting the Dodgers and spreading message for women in sports and then also extending the Los Angeles Dodger brand to the women in our community today we decided to do a hygiene kit assembly line for the downtown Women’s Center they have opportunities for you to volunteer and donate Goods our br she decided to procure all of the items and invite our members to assemble them today with a little encouraging notes and in a couple weeks we’ll go drop them off of the downtown Women’s Center for distribution one of our pillars with the women’s opportunity network is to do community work we’re going to donate the 200 bags that we built today and alongside that there’s going to be 10 of us from the women’s opportunity Network that will be providing a hot lunch to the women at the downtown women Center just serving them and providing [Music] Community the women’s opportunity Network provided toiletry kits we hand these out to 200 women experiencing homelessness every single day also today the volunteers from the Dodgers are providing a meal every day we serve three meals to 200 women who otherwise would not have a meal in our community so you all were working with our amazing kitchen team and we like to say that the kitchen is the heart of the downtown women Center within the organization it’s amazing to see the women who came out today including me from accounting people from it people who don’t necessarily get to do that as often to have a part in the community outreach as well downtown women Center cannot do this work alone Partnerships like those with the Dodgers particularly the women’s opportunity Network here volunteering today is incredibly help f for us reaching our mission together
