I don’t agree with this move. Angels are nowhere near playoff contention, so there’s no reason to start his service time now. He’s only 23, and it’s not like he was even dominating in the minors.

He’s been throwing the ball well of late. Another young arm to watch. But also shows how desperate the team is for pitching

I hope they don’t mess up his development by calling him up. I still think he could use more time in the minors.
