Defensive Lapses Lead to Los Angeles Dodgers Loss in Philly + Miller Demoted & Teo in the HR Derby
The Los Angeles Dodgers lost to the Phillies again, but this one looked more like a baseball game and less like Philadelphia batting practice. LA lost 4-3, and a few key defensive miscues probably cost them the game. Jeff is here to talk about that, plus the news that right-handed pitcher Bobby Miller was demoted to Triple-A before the game and why that’s probably the best thing for him right now. And finally, we dig into the news that Teoscar Hernandez will be taking part in the Home Run Derby at next week’s All-Star Game festivities and why Jeff would love to see a Derby with big strong guys who are never going to make an All-Star team, like Luke Raley.

It dosen't matter if lose by an inch or a mile losing is losing.
Let’s not get sweeped
I go back to Andy Pages not catching that ball, losing track of it, that should've been an out, instead allowed a triple. The game was tied at the time, instead gave Philly back the lead, after we just tied it, man that hurt.
Why isn't Pages wearing sunglasses??
Same thing different year with this team. Injuries upon injuries, inconsistency, struggles in the playoffs, and a guaranteed nlds exit.
I think what the Dodgers need more than anything is to get healthy and ,unfortunately, we can't trade for that.
