Atlanta nothing Diamondbacks coming to bat Max freed for the Braves s and four with a 3.18 ER his last start against the Dbacks was one of his worst ever back on April 6th Arizona lit up freed well as usual ual catel Marte loves hitting left-handers and the pitch swinging a liner back through the middle it’s a base hit catel Marte a single to Center to start the Dbacks first and he’ll bring up Gabriel Mareno line shot caught out there Third Base by Austin rilly out of the air it’s a nice play Here by Austin Riley wasn’t hit that hard off the end of the bat a little bit at about 75 mph but and Gino Suarez another Breakout game last night got him 97 good Pace on that one and Suarez swings through it and we know Max has this in the tank we have seen it from him when he wants to reach back for a little bit more you’ll see that little natural cut as well got him swinging went down with a sinker second strike out of the ball game for Max freed two down here in the inning and it’s up to Kevin Newman did he go yes so striking out the side Max freed after giving up the single to mccarth he bounces back so Suarez good morning Carol good afternoon Newman good night and to the top of the third inning it’s a scoreless ball game here in Arizona bouns to Second Newman’s got it and seven straight set down by Brandon F well even though F may be sweating a lot he is in a Groove retiring all your offense and Gino’s been one hot hitter and he just clobbered that change up second Homer in his many games his ninth of the year and it gives the Diamondbacks a one nothing lead now a chance to make it a really big inning you gr can come through with two outs Bas is loaded one nothing Deb backs bottom five freed tries to wiggle his way out of the fifth and the one-w pitch got him swinging for strike strike three went with a fast ball and all four snakes go slithering back to the Dugout as they leave The Bases Loaded off single for Aria Walker for one foro got it they turn the double play two outs in the six little Tapper to Second Newman’s got it Brandon fought outstanding six scoreless Innings Max freed back to work against the middle part of the Diamondbacks order one and two for Christian Walker three quarter swing and he went going after that pass ball did he go yes he did another strike out that’s three straight now for freed again the two- two got him swinging strike three got him with a slider that’s the 107th pitch of the ball game for freed giving up just the one run one nothing de backs we head to the E Tedd Rosario 0 for two leads it off LS it to Walker he’s got another one Christian Walker just took extra bases away quick reactions on another hard hit ball just gets it up in the webbing of the glove that was for sure extra bases down into that right field Corner this is hit deep to left Center Jake McCarthy tracks it down into the wall no fly zone defense in the Outfield and McCarthy runs that down in deep left Center here in the bottom of the eighth inning it’s a one- nothing lead for the Diamondbacks they’ve got Runners at first and second and the new pitcher will be AJ Menor M tries to keep it at one to nothing runners go and Menor is able to fire to Riley the tag is applied on Thomas and that is a huge second out that is a strike McCarthy is frozen and we are on to the ninth inning in a one to nothing game top of the ninth Paul seaal is on to try and close it out a swing and a deep fly to left field that’s going to send McCarthy to the wall this has got a shot he goes up he got it Jake McCarthy just took away a game tying home run from Matt Olen two outs swinging a bouncer to third Suarez has it on to first deback win they get the split they get back to 500
