Big fan of this guy. I watched this dude since he was at LSU. Last week his Cashout was $45, yesterday Cashout was $145, after yesterdays performance, his Cashout is $345.
Do you guys think he can win it with amount of innings left for him this season?

I think I’d consider cashing. Don’t think he’s gonna have enough innings by the end of the year to win it
I agree you should cash out, I don’t think he gets the Cy Young but I think you can wait it out a little longer and get a better cash out.
Nobody ever wants to hear this but the smart thing to do is absolutely cash out (and maybe reinvest in the same bet but with some guaranteed profits in your pocket).
He’s unreal and probably a near lock for ROY at this point but there are still things working against him getting the CY. As you mentioned he already is short a month of starts and is likely to have a few more starts skipped/cut short to prevent a complete shutdown. But awards like the CY also tend to be “lifetime achievement awards” for the voters at times and if there is any doubt in his argument at all, the fact that he’s a promising rookie and has a whole career ahead of him to win another one is going to work against him for a lot of voters.
If he’s still pitching in September I’ll be shocked. Would mean pirates are above 500 and contending for a playoff spot.

I have him winning the NL ROTY at +4000… He’s currently -550
I don’t see him winning it, despite being the best pitcher in the league. He just doesn’t have the innings, but I could see him win it.

Just to give some historical precedent only one person (Fernando Valenzuela in 1981) won the Cy Young as a rookie (or at least the only person to win rookie of the year and Cy Young in the same year). Definitely wait a bit longer to cash out but just remember it’s only happened once before.
Don’t cash that out. It’s only gonna increase. As we get into August and his innings increase then maybe start thinking about it.
Plus, they always give you shit odds on cashouts.
You’d be better off hedging by betting to win 50 on sale or wheeler or whoever is the favorite come September
It’s a personal decision and should be based on how much you need the money. Cy Young is determined by baseball writers and will be heavily influenced by the narrative towards the end of the season.
Every major ESPN show was leading with Paul Skenes highlights last night and he’s doing things we’ve never seen before. He can absolutely win it. Right now the only two guys that have NL Cy Young odds lower than Skenes are Wheeler and Sale. Skenes has a higher pitching WAR than both of those two despite not playing a month and a half.
