you got a lot going on during Beach weekend at Angel Stadium tonight our Angels taking on the first place in the American League West and division rival Seattle Mariners Tyler Anderson he’s the Angels Allstar and boy he has he been good this year certainly his last start I think it’s his best start as being an angel where he went eight shutout Innings allowed just three hits 10 strikeouts for Tyler Anderson JP Crawford will lead things Crawford multi-hit game last night pops out going up skyh high going back on it is Drury and he’s under it and he has it first out and that’ll bring up designated hit M gar goes after the first pitch and it ticks off for indones glove into left field now the Mariners have their first hit early on one on one away that’ll bring up switch inning catcher Cal Raley and this guy is just making history seems like every time he comes up to home plate once again a home run from the left side last night later on Leander comes in he hits a home run from the right side that’s the second time he’s done that another popup long run for Drury but you have Joe Adell coming in but Drury calls for it and has it two outs Garver at first base and here is Julio Julio another strong showing last night three for three with a walk he is also having a terrific road trip it’s fun watching this kid’s B come alive this is absolutely tagged right field and it is gone home run Julio just above the strip it is all beginning to happen for Julio as he smokes an Oppo Homer for his 10th of the year right over the lower deck of signs a two-run blast by Julio and the Mariners have a two nothing lead over the angels and this is a liner right at rendone the third baseman and he’ll make the catch on it and that will end the inning this will be Woo’s first start since June 24th been dealing with some hamstring issues expected to go only 60 to 70 pitches here tonight the Mariner starters have 25 shutout Innings against the Angels so far and nice piece of hitting oppos field looking for The Gap and there’s the Anthony rendone we know and love that’s going to be leadoff double for the halosan Chell the batter this ball is lifted out to right field hanar comes in and makes the catch Taylor Ward now round ball up the glove of woo this could help out Taylor Wards got a hustle not in time nice play by palano two down rendone now at third 90 ft away and the batter is the DH hit so two on for Mickey monc the angels have come out swinging here in the bottom of the first inning and that is ripped and that’s off the glove in the first basement France not in time at first it gets away ohy show it some Wheels to play at the plates they got him straight off the Little League field for out number three I’ll never highlight jve Crawford ever again I told you I mean you want to talk about getting on the sand lot here what a play by JP Crawford and a tag by Cal righ to end the inning the throw to woo at first base trying to get moniac and it bounced away and then the runner at second ohy tries to score he’s thrown out at the plate and that’s how the inning ends the throw to Cal Raleigh in time and the angels get two and that’s it we go to the top half of the second how about that five hits allowed in the first that’s the the most Allowed by Brian woo in an inning that’s hit well out towards left Center that’s going to get down sa Netto with a base hit to lead off the second the Angels had really struggled against Mariner starting pitching the base is loaded with one out for Taylor Ward defensively looking for that double play swung on ground ball to third Dylan’s got it down to second one Paco’s relay to First in time at just what the doctor ordered Around the Horn 5 43 the double play two two the score Mariners and the angels and now now bobbled and it gets past Drury look like he had a play on it JP Crawford has himself a base hit with one out two away that brings up Cal shot out of a cannon Rising back blasted deep and another home run for Cal Ry he cannot be stopped it’s his fifth home run in the last four days and he has put the Mariners back in front this is only the second time this year he’s given up multiple home runs in a game and the first time since mid April Brian W this a big big inning for him I feel like scored the two in the top of the first and the angels came back out we talk about it a lot but the shut down inning and this is a big inning for him to shut down the Angels keep that momentum and then allow that offense to continue to stay hot right over the plate he froze him jewry caught looking at a one two3 inning right on Q Mariners the lead four to2 go to the bottom of the fourth ripped down the right field line a fair ball Mickey Bak on a there and he’s going to get into second runner third less than two outs Adele at the plate and there it is face hit for Adell to right field picks up an RBI it’s four to three I love that swing he’s short up on it he’s walked his second batter tonight angels have some traffic on the bases now for shaow well who’s 0 for one tonight let’s see if that gets down how about a little flare woo it gets down Adell with speed he’s being sent the throw to the plate is not a time we’re tied noan shell delivers an RBI base hit that is it for woo tonight Scots going to the bullpen Thorton warming all tied in the bottom of the fourth inning two ground ball outs here wants it little hop at the end makes the catch and that’s the end of the threat in the fourth and one away for the Halos here in the botom of the fifth inning LIF at the opposite way hanar having to hanar he checks the runner sees that he’s running and then he goes get goes to get the ball and fires a strike angels have three guys out of the bullpen that are flat out dealing right now current foul back at 104 Ben Joyce just that pitch that he threw at 104.5 that is the fastest pitch in baseball this year parner oh come on yes yes he did yeah you throw that break in there that had a bite to it too to the ninth inning tied at four ala stez having himself an All-Star campaign setting streak working oh he got him with three straight change UPS ground ball Drury on the backand makes the play and gets him two away Carlos Estes has been fantastic really really excellent back in of the bullpen for the Halos one more out to get send it to the bottom of the ninth SW and a miss he does and he got him we go to the bottom of the ninth to the bottom of the ninth then a tied at four and Andress Munoz newly named to the American leag allar team takes over in relief second walk here in the bottom of the night and Taylor Ward chance to race all of those bad memories to be a hero right here he blows it right past him Flames at 99 and the first time Allstar Andre Muno four for the score
