Ranked as the 13th best prospect per MLB Pipeline. Looks like another slot value/underslot guy for Perry but this is one of the best prospects we could have gotten in that range

He’s a winner and a power bat infielder that could see the field relatively soon, that’s good enough for me

Montgomery was my preference, but Moore so far seems to fit the attitude of the young guys and could definitely be fast tracked

I was a bit apprehensive about the Montgomery guy due to injuries so I’m happy to see this.
He looks like a dawg and raked in the SEC/College Wold Series. Neto and Moore up the middle should be fun.
I’m pretty excited tbh. I usually like guys who have that dawg in them, and he certainly seems like he does. Assuming he can back it up on the field he could become a real beast for us for the next 6 years at least.
I was hoping for JJ Wetherholt but he ended up going 7th to Cards 🙁
