Without the ability to be a threat from the perimeter, we’ve already seen the successful use case for guys like him: Draymond Green. Ben Simmons is a small ball center on offense. Like it or not, that’s his role if he wants to keep playing. Nobody’s going to be threatened by him on the perimeter when he won’t drive or shoot. What he needs is a post game because that and getting the ball for dunks are his only offense now
