I’m concerned about Dach..

as you’re all aware over the past couple of Seasons the Montreal Canadians have been crippled with injuries but I’m not talking about those little upset stomach injuries that you get from eating too many of those Humpty Dumpty cheesies no I’m talking about Big Bone crushing injuries out for weeks out for months out forever CR look at your screen every single dot represents a man game lost Josh Anderson hey look at you he only missed four games but it felt like he missed every one of them Kirby doc missed pretty much an entire season body cast Christian was out more than he was in and if we take a quick look at some of these other teams I mean most times it’s not even comparable look at look at the Stanley Cup champs they barely had any injuries look at Edmonton’s Man games last what I’m trying to say is it’s pretty hard to be competitive when you got like 10 guys that are rocks in your lineup and like 11 a you know what I mean I’m getting sick and tired of watching the eggs get scrambled yeah most of the time it’s bad luck I mean anybody can get injured at any given time it’s it’s a high-speed dangerous game out there but still you got to admit some players just tend to get injured more than the others and one of the main eggs who I’m starting to get a little concerned about is 6’4 27 lb Kirby dock my God that’s a big egg I love this guy I’ve had some really high hopes about him since the Canadians acquired him in 2022 but every single time he gets back in the lineup every time it looks like he’s about to get comfy he just keeps getting destroyed like it pisses me off in 20123 Kirby do had a career high in points despite only playing 58 games everybody was expecting him to top that once again last season and look what happened boom Jared tardi opened up a big old can of whoop ass on him what a hit it tor dock ACL it tor duck MCL gez just just pick a random letter from the alphabet and stick CL on the end of it and it was Tor during this hit it took him out for an entire season and his frustrating as that was for us for Habs fans I can’t even begin to imagine how frustrating it was for Kirby dark himself I mean that one must have sucked and this season coming up in my opinion is the make or break season for Kirby duck because if he continues to get injured and misses a large portion of next season as well can’t use might have to try and come up with some kind of a backup plan down the middle and I know a lot of you were never really a big fan of dark playing Center anyway but from what I’ve seen he was actually taking some pretty big steps before he tore the crap out of his alphabet I just want to see him do good the Canadians invested quite a bit to get this guy they signed him to a decent little cont contract and it’s just it’s a shame man I mean is it just bad luck or is he a little bit injury-prone all I know is I wish him the best next season and if there’s anything he needs more than goals and more than assists and points it’s games play okay that is the biggest deadline of all for Kirby doc hitting into next season I’m personally hoping for 70 or more games but you can go ahead and let me know how you feel about doc hitting into next season are you concerned about him at all do you feel like he’s going to be a big part of Decor moving forward I want to hear all about it don’t forget to hack down that like button like it’s a like it’s a tree and hey see you next time [Music]

OK Guys, it’s time to take a look at one of the stories heading into next season in my opinion.. and it’s the durability of Kirby Dach.. Who played only a few games during the 2023-2024 season, due to an injury to his MCL+ACL. I’m hoping Dach can finally play an entire season this year.. As having this 6’4 countermen in the lineup would be a massive difference maker!

  1. I think Dach will play most of the season but his point production won't be as high as his first season with the Habs. He'll be incredibly rusty after not playing for so long.

  2. Love his potential as a centre , however, I've got concerns that his big frame has more baby fat than muscle . Hopefully, he shows up to camp fit and hasn't been playing video games too much .That generation needs to have their Nintendos taken away sometimes.

  3. Mtl is cursed when they destroyed the forum it was the ultimate disrespect and noe les fantome du forum will alway make the habs suck. Molson has to sell the team for the curse to go away

  4. Kirby will be fine. His bad luck will wear out. That being said, i agree that he is behind in his development, so hopefully he can get back on track in the next couple of seasons and be that top 6 impact player we need him to be (60-70pts)

  5. If Dach gets injured again and misses most of the season, we will be awful again and will have a chance at drafting a super player like Hagens, Frondell, Misa, McQueen or Ryabkin… it is shaping up as a very strong draft for centers.

  6. Steven Stamkos has been injury prone for years, still a fairy successful career and his team has had several good runs plus 2 cups, though they were covid cups

  7. I don't feel like he's injury prone, more like very unlucky with his injuries. And like someone else said, with a healthy Dach, we probably don't get Demidov 👀

  8. I hope Dach is able to play an at least nearly full season, but if it doesn’t work out, there’s that Frondell kid in Sweden who could be a nice get if the Habs are on the outside looking in again come April
