You guys are nuts!!! Skubal is not gonna get the Tigers a better package than Juan Soto did. Skubal is not gonna be a Tiger much longer! Boras will make sure of that. You better trade Skubal while his value is sky high. The Tigers are not a playoff team even with Skubal. And they're not gonna spend the $$$ to re-sign him.

The Tigers need hitting and defence – Harris can get more pitching in the off – season. Skubal throws hard and has an injury history – if the deal is right the Tigers have to make it. The Tigers are not playoff – ready so they are wasting Skubal's starts. In three years there's no way Illitch will pay Skubal what Boras will ask nor should he.
