  1. Thanks guys for your coverage during the summer.
Unfortunately Bergevin's bad contracts will haunt us for a few more years.

Regarding Gallagher, he is the ultimate pro and will be a great leader as the team replaces this year's crop of UFA's with young prospects.

  2. I d like to see Demidov in Montreal this season 😊… Yes its fast but, I mean, we have such a great support system in our coaching and development group ! Plus, being around the other cool players, would help him grow is game faster I feel.. 😊 His attitude is so perfect…. IM EXCITED TOO 😅

  3. KHL season starts before NHL season so if he does not make the KHL team we will probably get him over here. When the KHL season starts we will know.

  4. If he is with the habs. Id line them up like this 1st Suzuki Caulfield slafkovsky.. 2nd Demidov Dach Newhook.. 3rd Beck Roy Mcgorty.. 4th Dvorak Gallagher Anderson Trade Evens and barron 3rd pick to wpg

  5. With what Gally has done over the years if he gets 20 goals over the next few seasons, I am good with him sticking around and taking a role like Byron later on. Same for Anderson (playing out his career if he takes a cut next contract) with the cap going up.

  6. Its always better to put 2 stars and one fodder player in line 1 and 2 to evenly distribute the force. Because you just cant have 6 stars

  7. I'd rather Demidov play 18-20 minutes in Laval and get top PP time than play 5 minutes in the KHL. It's a no brainer to me. His development will improve much faster if he starts playing on the smaller ice surface under supervision from people who on a daily basis will tell him what to improve. The PP time is important too, especially in the AHL which is closer to the the NHL than the KHL. Of course, I'd prefer he jumps right in the NHL but if it's between the AHL and KHL, I say try and get him over as soon as possible.
