A far cry from the comments of our previous captain. It’s too bad we didn’t pull it off this year, but I do think some fresh voices and fresh legs are normal changes for a young team and it’s the right time for the change in leadership.

I am glad he got to win a Stanley Cup but would’ve been happier if he was still A Sabre.
It’s a small thing, but I really appreciate the reference to “when the group who is *here* turns it around.” Just a nice little nod to still feeling a part of this team.
