hi all, genuine question – is steph’s jersey #4 instead of #30 due to the archaic/traditional rule that usa national basketball team only plays #4-15 ?

Olympic jerseys are always 1-15
4 has always been his Team USA number. From 2014. And now that he has 4 kids, it has more significance to him.
