For about a dozen years my thought has been, good luck, you'll need it , to anyone who comes to the Jackets with the notion that he or she will find some great fountain of success.
CBJ got a good one there. I'll never get why Bill Guerin was so GD shortsighted and fired him. The team was shorthanded from cap hits and was never expected to do as well as they did, but Deano got them to the playoffs every year and had them outperforming their talent working as a team.

Okay, im more optimistic about us now more than ever since brad was named our hc.
Stanley Cup isn't the goal of this season…Getting back to the playoffs is the goal! Can't win the Cup without getting to the playoffs first. Should be an exciting season coming up. #CBJ
