2. I don’t want to sound like a coping fan but I don’t mind. He’s having a bad season offensively and I can’t think of many ways to make it worse than joining the Yankees. Whatever hitting philosophy that is being taught at this organization is a proven failure.

14. For all those interested, the Rays received more from the Mariners vs. what the Yankees would receive from sending Torres to anyone.

    They’ve had very similar and disappointing years.

    But…Randy’s under team control until ‘27. Tampa got a couple of slapdick prospects and a PTBNL.

    Gleyber would be lucky to fetch an alcoholic KBL scout and a bucket of BP balls.
