Why does it feel like we’re rushing Dominguez back?
Also I saw Nick Burdi has begun his rehab in Scranton. It would be nice to get him back as a bullpen option.
Good idea. Rush this injury prone kid back instead of trading for anyone half decent. What could go wrong. So predictable.Â

On one hand I like it. Verdugo has been ass chunks lately and if Jasson could be an upgrade then so be it.
On the other, I really don’t wanna rush the kid back and re aggravate the injury. Also putting all that pressure on a 21 year old kid to be the savior of our season doesn’t seem like such a good idea. As impressive as he was in a small sample size last year he’s still unproven.

Don’t get too excited because even when healthy they don’t see a lane for him
I can’t see him coming up any later than August 2nd after the off day. But maybe even this weekend if we lose a game or two and he hits a homerun or something

Absolutely no more than a week of rehab games. Best guess is they’ll bring him up next week for the home stand. Next week the roster will be finalized along with any new roster moves made at the deadline
If he even remotely starts hitting the ball at some what decent numbers then he better be called up immediately
Lol I alway get a kick when I read an athlete is “activated” coming back from an injury. Makes me think he’s been floating in one of those healing machines from Dragon Ball

Dont let this stop us from still getting players at the deadline. It might be another month before he is fully back up to speed. During that time, we cannot lose ground in the standings.
I will be watching Scranton instead of the Yankees tonight
