The LA Clippers have lost in the 1st Round of the NBA Playoffs two straight years. While not having a healthy Kawhi Leonard is the biggest reason for that, the recent loss of Paul George doesn’t put them any closer to title contention. So how can they get back to being a serious contender?

Addition by subtraction. Without Russ, we diminish turnovers and missed layups. While PG gave us outside shooting, without him we diminish over dribbling and relying on 3pt shooting. Also, it is a dumb idea to have Kawhi play the 4 position.
As a Kawhi fan, I believe he should consider retiring if he can't stay healthy this season.

I know their pick this year is wherever OKC finishes, but they could always swing a trade and perhaps win the lottery if team they do business with falls.
